Guitarist Philip Gough was born and raised in Southern California. As a teenager he was a member of Reggae/Ska favorites, The Rebel Rockers, before joining The Bonedaddys and recording their first album for Capitol Records, "A-Koo-De-A!" Phil started the funky reggae group, The Gnarly Bros, which featured Phil on Guitar and vocals and Anthony Brewster on keyboards and vocals. The “Gnarlies” featured local rappers and a revolving cast of talented players built around a core of original songs. The album "Hipgnotic" featured music written entirely by Brew and Phil. Phil is currently a music composer for film and television. His recent claim to fame is writing the theme song for Gene Simmons’ Family Jewels. Although Phil spends most of his time in the studio, he still performs live with Bow Wow Wow, Common Sense, The Bonedaddys and HOV.
